Need Help Scheduling your COVID-19 Vaccine at KershawHealth?

The Community Medical Clinic and Kershaw County Council on Aging are assisting eligible participants without  access to a computer to schedule their COVID-19 Vaccine.

The Community Medical Clinic: Call 803-900-1813 Mon.- Thurs. 9am-12pm & 1pm-4pm; Kershaw County Council on Aging: Call 803-432-8173 Mon.-Thurs. 9am-1pm, Friday 9am-12pm.

For those eligible participants with access to a  computer, visit KershawHealth.org and click on the Schedule My COVID-19 Vaccine tab.
